现将我们在南川县发现的肺吸虫病31例报告如下: 一、临床资料本组男性24例,女性7例。年龄3～38岁。全部病例均有食生蟹史,皮试皮丘均在10毫米以上。多数病例全身症状不明显,不规则低烧21例,荨麻疹9例,胸痛16例,此外尚有食欲不振,倦怠,盗汗,消瘦等。二、临床类型①皮下结节型19例;②肺型8例;③肝型6例;④浆膜炎型9例(其中有的病例兼有两个以上临床类型)。三、病例分布本组病例除一例系贵州省道真县三桥公社人外,其余30例分布于南川县先锋、水江、东胜、木梁、南极等公社。

Third, the distribution of cases In addition to a case of this group of people in Guizhou Province Daozhen Sanqiao commune, the remaining 30 cases were located in Nanchuan Xianfeng, Shuijiang, Dongsheng, Mu Liang, Antarctic and other communes.
