对92例各型乙肝患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(CRC-SOD)、血浆过氧化酯质(LPO)及红细胞免疫粘附功能检测发现,除急性乙型肝炎外,其它各型乙肝患者RBC-SOD明显下降,血浆LPO明显升高,红细胞C3b受体(RBCC3bR)明显减少或功能有明显抑制,红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC-ICR)亦有明显降低。RBCC3bR减少与血中LPO浓度成负相关。推测各类乙肝患者由于其RBC-SOD活性下降导致血中LPO浓度升高,并因此而损伤红细胞免疫功能粘附功能,红细胞对循环免疫复合物清除能力降低并进一步造成肝细胞损伤。本研究有助于进一步揭示乙肝发病机理,对临床判断病情疗效等也有一定帮助。
The detection of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (CRC-SOD), plasma peroxydation (LPO) and erythrocyte immune adhesion function in 92 cases of various types of hepatitis B patients found that in addition to acute hepatitis B, other types of hepatitis B patients with RBC- SOD significantly decreased, plasma LPO was significantly increased, erythrocyte C3b receptor (RBCC3bR) significantly reduced or function was significantly inhibited, erythrocyte immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) also significantly reduced. The decrease of RBCC3bR is negatively correlated with LPO concentration in blood. Speculated that all types of hepatitis B patients due to its decreased activity of RBC-SOD led to increased blood LPO concentration, and thus damage the immune function of erythrocyte adhesion, red blood cells to reduce the capacity of circulating immune complexes and further cause liver cell damage. This study will help further reveal the pathogenesis of hepatitis B, the clinical judgment of the efficacy of the disease also have some help.
