目的 探讨食管癌术后乳糜胸的有效治疗方法。方法 回顾分析食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的手术与非手术治疗结果。结果 4 12 6例食管癌术后发生乳糜胸 4 4例 ,发生率 1.0 7% (4 4 / 4 12 6 ) ,非手术治疗 13例 ,手术治疗 31例 ,术后死亡 1例 ,余均治愈。结论 膈上水平胸导管结扎对治疗和预防食管癌手术后乳糜胸简便易行 ,疗效确切
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of postoperative chylothorax in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the results of surgical and non-surgical treatment of chylothorax after esophageal cancer surgery. Results Four hundred and seventy cases of esophageal cancer occurred in 4 4 cases of chylothorax, with a rate of 1.07% (4 4/4 12 6). Thirteen cases were treated non-surgically, 31 cases were surgically treated and 1 case died after operation. All the patients were cured . Conclusion The septum level of the thoracic duct ligation for the treatment and prevention of postoperative esophageal chylothoractomy simple and effective
