With Agilent’s new C18 reversed-phase column, adrenocorticotropic hormone can be easily separated using water / acetonitrile or water / methanol as the mobile phase. In this paper, the isocratic elution, successfully developed a OTC ointment hydrocortisone quantitative analysis.
