目的 探讨经皮射频 (PRFA)微创治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤的临床效果和应用价值。方法 应用RF -2 0 0 0射频仪和 10电极LeVeen射频针在超声引导下经皮穿刺射频治疗肝海绵状血管瘤 12例 15个病灶 ( 2 5cm~ 9 5cm) ,大于 3cm者予分层多点叠合消融。结果 12例病人均一次性顺利完成治疗 ,包括 1例 4个病灶者。无并发症。随访期 16~ 41月 ,平均 2 8月 ,CT复查肿瘤均无强化染色 ,血管瘤直径平均缩小 68%( 4 1%~ 79%)。结论 PRFA具有微创、有效、简捷、安全、实用等特点 ,有望成为治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤的一种理想方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of percutaneous radiofrequency (PRFA) minimally invasive treatment of hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods RF-200 RF and 10-electrode LeVeen radiofrequency were used to treat hepatic cavernous hemangioma in 15 lesions (25cm-95cm) with percutaneous puncture under the guidance of ultrasound. More than 3cm were stratified by multi-layer Point overlapping ablation. Results All 12 patients completed the treatment successfully in one time, including 1 patient with 4 lesions. No complications. The follow-up period ranged from 16 to 41 months. On average, in August, there was no enhancement in CT findings. The average diameter of hemangiomas was reduced by 68% (41% -79%). Conclusion PRFA has the characteristics of minimally invasive, effective, simple, safe and practical, which is expected to become an ideal method for the treatment of cavernous hemangiomas of the liver.
