互联网+改变了流通领域的运营模式。本文结合所接触的众多流通领域的创新创业项目,选取国家级众创空间中大创新谷和InnoSpace孵化器中的1号生活、StyleMoi和小布头童书馆三大案例作为研究对象,分析孵化对于流通领域创新创业的促进作用。这些案例中的模式改变了自身所在行业的传统商业模式,结合互联网,体现了创新的运营模式。同时引入孵化体系,依靠孵化器丰富的商业运作经验和对市场的把握,整合创业导师、资本、技术等各界资源,帮助创业团队完善商业模式,大大降低了创业初期由于经验和资源不足导致的过早夭折风险。
