74例2~14岁智力低下(MR)儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)研究。结果:①80dB时74例MR儿中有36例异常,异常率48.6%;40dB时有47例异常,异常率63.5%,将2种条件下BAEP异常率比较发现40dB时BAEP异常率比80dB时的高(P<0.025).②BAEP异常类型分3种:周围性听路损害、中枢性听路损害及混合性听路损害,以周围性听路损害最多见.③BAEP异常率与MR儿病情无关(P>0.05).④MR儿听力异常率为31.1%,以轻度最多(63.9%)。提示BAEP可以作为了解MR儿听力状况的首选方法,可以早期发现其听力损害,为采取恰当的干预措施、为促进其全面康复提供有力依据。
74 brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were studied in 74 children aged 2-14 years with mental retardation (MR). Results: (1) There were 36 abnormalities in 74 children with MR at 48dB at 48dB, 47 abnormalities at 63dB with 40dB, and the BAEP abnormalities were found at 40dB Higher than 80 dB (P <0.025). ②BAEP abnormal type is divided into three types: peripheral auscultation, central auscultation and mixed hearing loss, with peripheral hearing loss most common. The abnormal rate of BAEP has nothing to do with the condition of MR children (P> 0.05). ④MR children hearing loss rate was 31.1%, with mild (63.9%). Tip BAEP can be used as a preferred method to understand the hearing status of children with MR. Early detection of hearing impairment can provide a powerful basis for promoting comprehensive rehabilitation through appropriate interventions.
