患儿,女性,11岁,因头痛头晕、腹痛2年余加重半年入院,患儿于2年前开始进食曾装过硫酸铜的罐中食盐而出现头痛、头晕、全身无力,时有呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,伴有上腹部不适,时有腹痛,大便呈绿色,偶有血便及黑便,灯光下见眼周及皮肤呈绿色,晚间出现肌肉痉挛,但无发热,无抽搐,无血尿等。查体:上腹部剑突下压痛,肝脾未触及,血铜兰蛋白3.9uKat/L,其他各项辅助检查均正常。入院
