目的:调查集训部队官兵夏季皮肤病的发病规律,并制定防治对策。方法:采取就诊与普查皮肤病相结合的方式,实行逐人登记。结果:夏季集训常见的皮肤病主要有日晒伤、变态反应性疾病和感染性疾病,发病率分别为73.4%、38.5%和29.2%,皮肤病病种构成比分别为44.7%、30.2%和23.5%。结论:部队夏季集训应加强防晒、皮肤卫生措施,适当调整作训时间;对于传染性较强的皮肤病必须早诊断、早治疗、早隔离,疑似病例应隔离观察。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of summer skin diseases among officers and soldiers in training camps and to develop prevention and treatment measures. Methods: To take a combination of treatment and census of skin diseases, the implementation of one by one registration. Results: The common skin diseases in summer training were sunburn, allergic diseases and infectious diseases, the incidence rates were 73.4%, 38.5% and 29.2% respectively, and the constitution ratios of dermatological diseases were 44.7%, 30.2% and 23.5%. Conclusions: The summer camp training should strengthen the sunscreen and skin hygiene measures and adjust the training time appropriately. For the more contagious skin diseases, early diagnosis, early treatment, early isolation and suspected cases should be isolated and observed.
