为探讨抗子宫内膜抗体在子宫内膜异位症诊断和治疗中的作用以及活血化瘀消中药对其的影响 ,将经病检、腹腔镜或临床确诊为子宫内膜异位症 (EMT)的 97例患者随机分为治疗组 65例 ,对照组 32例 ,分别用理气活血、化瘀消的莪棱胶囊和西药丹那唑治疗两个疗程 ,观察运用ELISA法检测血清抗子宫内膜抗体 (EmAb)的阳性率和治疗后的阴转率。结果 :①EmAb的阳性率、阴转率都与病情程度相关。轻、中度者阳性率较高 ,分别为 66.67%和 76.19% ,重度者仅为 5 7.45 % ;轻度者阴转率较高为 85 .71% ,中、重度者分别为 41.67%和 5 0 .0 % ;②治疗组的患者阴转率为 5 1.85 % ,对照组为 5 6.2 5 % ,两组患者阴转率相当 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示 :EmAb的阳性率不随病情严重程度而上升 ,它对病情较轻者有更好的辅助诊断价值 ,且治疗后易阴转 ,推测可能与重度者抗体移至盆、腹腔致检出率低 ,轻度者血清中免疫反应易受到抑制有关 ;莪棱胶囊具有较强的免疫调节作用 ,能抑制血清中EmAb水平

It is suggested that the positive rate of EmAb does not increase with the severity of the disease. It has a better diagnostic value for the patients with mild disease and is easy to be negative after treatment.
