706代血浆为羟乙基淀粉制剂,分子量在2.5～4.5万之间,与低分子右旋糖酐相近,具有扩容,血液稀释,降低血液粘稠度和红细胞凝聚作用。笔者采用706代血浆治疗2例脑血栓形成患者,引起过敏反应,现报告如下。例1:女,68岁,农民,因患脑血栓形成住院后给予706代血浆加复方丹参注射液等静滴。当液体滴入约100ml时,病人突感眩晕,即则面色苍白,四肢湿冷,恶心,烦躁不安,呼吸急促,查体:T36.5℃,
