《工程机械噪声测量方法》和《工程机械噪声限值》部标准审查会于1984年4月15～19日在山东益都召开。天津工程机械研究所受机械部重型局委托主持了会议。会议听取了天津工程机械研究所和北京市劳动保护研究所关于国内外工程机械噪声控制概况、两个标准起草过程和编制说明、成都和益都两个工程机械厂降低噪声的经验介绍;观看了噪声现场测定表演。会议认为两个标准具有一定的先进性,在我国当前的情况下是可行的,一致同意上报审批施
The “Mechanical Engineering Noise Measurement Method” and “Construction Machinery Noise Limit” ministry standard review meeting was held on April 15th to 19th, 1984 in Yidu, Shandong. The Tianjin Institute of Construction Machinery was commissioned by the Ministry of Heavy Machinery to chair the meeting. The conference listened to the Tianjin Institute of Construction Machinery and the Beijing Institute of Labor Protection on the domestic and foreign construction machinery noise control overview, the two standards drafting process and preparation instructions, Chengdu and Yidu two construction machinery factory experience in reducing noise; watched Noise scene determination performance. The meeting considered that the two standards have a certain degree of advancement. It is feasible in the current situation in China and it is unanimously agreed to submit a report to the approving institution.
