为了节省国家建设物资——木材,国内有的厂矿产品运输包装,已由木箱改为纸箱。前几年,我厂也做过试验。由于我厂产品系大、中型产品,重量大,纸箱抗破力差,运输中易产生破裂现象,所以没有推广使用。在普及、深入、持久地开展批林批孔运动中,我厂三结合攻关小组高举“鞍钢宪法”伟大红旗,认真总结过去试验中的经验教训,试制了一种抗破能力与木箱相近的纸箱。纸箱外形如图所示。为了增强纸箱抗破能力,纸箱共用七层硬纸钉制而成,其中一层是草浆纸,起直立作用,其余六层是木浆纸和其他起抗破作用的纸。为了便于搬运,在纸箱两侧打有两个半月形的孔,供搬运工人抓手用。纸箱装轴承数量与木箱一样,用
