办好一个企业,人才重于一切。国内汽车业的发展迅速,我国已经成为仅次于美国的第二大汽车消费市场,汽车技术已经迈入一个新的领域,汽车维修专业也成为了社会上十分热门的专业。人才的需求量很大,由于多种原因汽车维修业的毕业生不能满足市场的需要,所以把学生培养成具有高技能的汽车维修人才非常重要。如何改革是值得所有职业学校思考的问题。
