以L-赖氨酸 (L-Lys) 、Zn-Al水滑石 (LDH) 、蒙脱石 (MMT) 为原料制备了一种层状复合物 (L-LysLDH-MMT), 讨论了超声复合、搅拌复合以及原位合成3种工艺对材料结构的影响.X射线衍射分析表明, 利用上述3种工艺制备的L-Lys-LDH-MMT均出现了MMT及LDH的特征衍射峰, 原位合成法制备的复合物中MMT的特征衍射峰较弱.扫描电镜和透射电镜分析表明, 通过超声复合和搅拌复合制备的复合物均具有层状结构.热重分析表明, 与超声复合法相比, 搅拌复合法制备的L-Lys-LDH-MMT热稳定性较好, 且总失重率低于前体L-Lys-LDH及L-Lys-MMT.“,”A kind of layered complex (L-Lys-LDH-MMT) based on layered double hydroxides (LDH), montmorillonite (MMT) nanosheets and L-Lysine (L-Lys) was fabricated.Three different synthesis methods:ultrasonic, stir and in-situ synthesis were discussed.XRD pattern showed that the characteristic diffraction peak of MMT and LDH appeared in L-Lys-LDH-MMT synthesized by ultrasonic, stir and in-situ synthesis.However, MMT characteristic diffraction peak of complex prepared by in-situ synthesis was weak.SEM and TEM showed that the complexes prepared by ultrasonic and stirring self-assembly had layered structure.TG showed that the thermal stability of L-Lys-LDH-MMT from stir method was better than that from ultrasonic complex method, and its total weight loss rate was lower than the precursors L-Lys-LDH and L-Lys-MMT.
