目的探讨三维超声在胎儿面部成像中的应用价值。方法采用GE-Voluson 730三维超声诊断仪对我院门诊及住院孕16~39周的高危孕妇75例进行检查,该系统可完成常规二维超声检查及三维超声成像。结果 66例胎儿面部正常,孕16~24周胎儿面部图像质量因为消瘦稍差,孕25~39周胎儿面部结构显示较清楚,8例胎儿唇裂均经三维超声检查,其中3例唇腭裂,5例唇裂。结论三维超声提供了直观立体的胎儿面部图像,对二维图像具有重要的补充作用。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in fetal facial imaging. Methods 75 cases of high-risk pregnant women in outpatient department and in-hospital pregnant women aged 16-39 weeks were examined by GE-Voluson 730 three-dimensional ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. The system can perform conventional two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography. Results Fetal facial features of 66 fetuses were normal. The facial image quality of fetuses from 16 to 24 weeks pregnant was slightly worse. The facial structure of fetuses from 25 to 39 weeks pregnant was clearer. Eight cases of fetal cleft lip were examined by three-dimensional ultrasonography, including 3 cleft lip and palate, 5 Cases of cleft lip. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound provides an intuitive three-dimensional facial image of the fetus, which plays an important complementary role in two-dimensional images.
