目的：为进一步提高早期乳腺癌的Ｘ线诊断水平。方法：作者总结了经手术病理证实４５例女性直径＜２ｃｍ早期乳腺癌的Ｘ线表现。结果：４５例中，１７例出现簇样钙化；２４例表现为肿瘤结节，１１例出现小灶致密影；４例局部结构紊乱；２例单支导管扩张。结论：诊断早期乳腺癌除了重视特征性征象：簇样钙化，毛刺状结节外，还应重视小灶致密影，局部结构紊乱、单支导管扩张等间接征象。
Objective: To further improve the X-ray diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods: The authors summarized the X-ray findings of 45 women with early breast cancer <2cm in diameter by surgical pathology. RESULTS: Of the 45 cases, clustered calcification was found in 17 cases, tumor nodules in 24 cases, dense lesions in 11 cases, local structural disorder in 4 cases, and single-vessel dilatation in 2 cases. Conclusion: In addition to the characteristic signs of early breast cancer diagnosis: cluster-like calcification, burr-like nodules, attention should also be paid to small lesions dense shadow, local structural disorder, single catheter dilatation and other indirect signs.
