1984年10月23日至26日,省冶金工业厅在江宁县召开了地方采金会议。冶金部黄金局、江苏省行政管理局、省乡镇企业局、省人民银行、省地质矿产局、中国有色金属工业总公司华东勘探公司、江苏省冶金研究所及有关市县的人民银行、冶金工业公司、计经委、工业局、矿山企业计45个单位,65位代表出席了会议。江苏省有色金属工业公司王宝全经理主持会议,冶金厅陈海祥付厅长在会议开始讲了话,省有色金属工业公司付经理许德源同志作了会议总结。
From October 23 to October 26, 1984, the Provincial Department of Metallurgical Industry held a local gold mining conference in Jiangning County. Ministry of Metallurgical Administration of Gold, Administration of Jiangsu Province, the Provincial Bureau of Township Enterprises, the Provincial People’s Bank, Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, East China Exploration Corporation of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Metallurgy and the cities and counties in the People’s Bank, metallurgical industry Company, Economic Commission, Industrial Bureau, mining enterprises in 45 units, 65 delegates attended the meeting. Manager Wang Baoquan of Jiangsu Nonferrous Metals Industry Company presided over the meeting. Chen Haixiang, chief of the Metallurgical Department, paid a speech at the meeting. Comrade Xu Deyuan, the manager of the provincial nonferrous metal industry company, made a summary of the meeting.
