目的:分析抗生素不良反应现象,以降低抗生素不良反应的发生率,科学、合理用药。方法:选取我院从2013年3月到2014年2月这段期间应用抗生素产生不良反应的患者100例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组100例患者中,不良反应发生最高的是过敏反应,较其他不良反应发生率,存在着统计学意义(P<0.05);应用抗生素而发生不良反应的药物主要是头孢菌素。结论:在对患者给予抗生素治疗的时候,临床工作人员需全面掌握各种药物所可能产生的不良反应,针对患者的具体病症,合理选择药物。
Objective: To analyze the adverse reactions of antibiotics, to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of antibiotics, scientific and rational drug use. Methods: A total of 100 patients with adverse reactions of antibiotics in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 100 patients in our study, the most common adverse reactions were anaphylactic reactions, which were statistically significant (P <0.05) compared with those of other adverse reactions. The main adverse drug reactions were cephalosporins. Conclusion: When antibiotics are given to patients, clinicians should fully understand the possible adverse reactions of various drugs and choose the appropriate drugs according to the patients’ specific conditions.
