近年来,头孢曲松引发了多起不良的反应甚至是死亡。2008年7月份,国家食品药品监督管理局的发言人颜江瑛指出,抗感染药物的不良反应报告数量占了药品不良反应的总报告数量的50%。尤其是头孢曲松的不良反应量在抗感染的药物中又占据了很高的比例。现报告我院收治的1例使用头孢曲松钠发生的严重不良反应事件,同时对该药品的基础知识进行复习,探讨今后如何在临床用药上给予医生正确的使用和规避其用药风险。
