先进性是马克思主义政党的本质特征,加强党的先进性建设,是关系到党的执政能力的提高和执政地位的巩固,关系到党和人民事业兴旺发达和长治久安,是解决党的两大历史性课题的重要保证,是马克思主义的生命工程。在新的历史条件下,保持党的先进性,进一步解决提高执政能力和领导水平,提高反腐防变和抵御风险能力这两大历史性课题,关键要实践好“三个代表”。“三个代表”重要思想为党在新时期如何保持先进性,提供了新的指针。
Progressiveness is an essential feature of Marxist political parties. Strengthening the building of the advanced nature of the party is related to the improvement of the party’s ability to govern and the consolidation of its ruling position. It is related to the prosperity of the cause of the party and the people and the long-term peace and stability and is the solution to the two major historical issues of the party. An important guarantee for sexual issues is the life project of Marxism. Under the new historical conditions, it is essential to keep “the three represents” in order to maintain the advanced nature of the party and further solve the two historic topics of enhancing the ability of being in power and leadership, and improving the ability to fight corruption and prevent risks. The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ provides a new guideline for the party in how to maintain its advanced nature in the new era.
