流体在管道中紊流流动时断面上流速分布规律,目前尚未完全解决。本文根据尼古拉兹均匀粗糙管紊流光滑区和阻力平方区断面流速规律,同时考虑工业管道粗粒高度不均匀性,提出紊流三区断面流速分布的共同规律(5)。该规律得到十分符合实验结果的柯列勃洛克公式验证,因此我们认为:1.本文所提的公式(5)是流体在工业管道中紊流时断面速度分布规律。2.柯氏公式是计算工业管道沿程阻力的半经验公式。
When the fluid flows in the pipeline turbulently, the velocity distribution on the cross section is not yet completely solved. In this paper, according to the regularity of turbulence smooth zone and resistance square zone of rough uniform tube in Nicolas, considering the unevenness of the height of the industrial pipe, the common law of the velocity distribution in the three sections of turbulent flow is proposed. (5). The law is verified by the Colebrook formula, which is in good agreement with the experimental results. Therefore, we think: (1) The formula (5) presented in this paper is the velocity profile of the section when the fluid is turbulent in the industrial pipeline. 2 Korschicht equation is a semi-empirical formula for calculating the resistance of industrial pipelines.
