 ̄(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌断层显像和动态心电图对冠心病的对比观察山西医学院第一附属医院(030001)李志苓,阎晓梅,贾三庆,武惠英核素心肌断层显像和动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值巳被肯定,本文采用两种检查方法对冠心病作对比观察,并对有关资料进行分析讨论。对象和方法一、对象:受检冠心病患者33例,男27例,女6例;年龄范围34~78岁,平均53.5岁;所有患者均符合WHO诊断标准。27例有心前区疼痛史,14例为陈旧性心肌梗塞,19例诊断为心绞痛。二、方法:检查当天停服扩冠药物,记录12导联心电图,静脉注射99mTc--MIBI25mci,一小时后应用以色列产ELscintSp--4HR型SPECTγ照相机作三个方位心肌断层显像,心肌显像阴性者2~3天后再作99mTc--MIBI心肌断层显像平板运动试验,心肌显像的阳性标准:心肌断层图像出现放射性缺损或稀疏区域,位于连续二层(每层厚度1cm),并在二个不同方位的层面上出现。心肌断层显像后一周内应用英国产MedilogExcel动态心电图分析系统,MedilogMR4500型记录盒进行24小时动态心电图监测,记录导联为CM1,CMs,全程记录人工检测,参考仪器
