本文首先分析航空科技档案开发面临的挑战,然后厘清知识服务与档案管理之间的关系,再提出基于知识服务的航空科技档案资源开发策略:第一,打造基于知识服务的数字档案馆平台;第二,融入知识工程建设,丰富馆藏;第三,注重个人知识管理,实现用户参与式开发;第四,提供个性化服务,打造品牌档案产品。
This paper first analyzes the challenges facing the development of aviation science and technology archives, and then clarifies the relationship between knowledge services and archives management, and then proposes the development strategy of aviation science and technology archives resources based on knowledge services: First, to create a digital archives platform based on knowledge services; Second, integration into the construction of knowledge engineering, enriching the collection; Third, focusing on personal knowledge management to achieve participatory development of users; Fourth, providing personalized service to create brand file products.
