目的:观察增强型体外反搏对于冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量的影响。方法:将我院2014年6月至2016年4月期间诊治的88名冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为观察对象,以数字随机法的方式将其分成常规组和实验组(n=44例),常规组患者采用普通方式进行治疗,实验组患者则采用增强型体外反搏治疗。结果:治疗前24h两组患者心绞痛持续时间及硝酸甘油用量差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后24h两组患者心绞痛持续时间及硝酸甘油用量较治疗前24h 均明显下降,且实验组患者降低程度大于常规组(P0.05)。结论:增强型体外反搏治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果理想,能在降低患者心绞痛持续时间的同时降低患者的硝酸甘油用量,对于促进医疗行业的发展具有重要的价值,值得考虑在临床中广泛应用。“,”Objective: To observe the in vitro counterpulsation for patients with unstable angina pectoris angina effects of continuous time, dosage of nitroglycerin. Results: treatment 24 hours before the two groups of patients with angina pectoris sustained time and dosage of nitroglycerin difference was not significant (P > 0.05), treatment after 24h of two groups of patients with angina pectoris of continuous time and dosage of nitroglycerin treatment before 24 hours were significantly decreased and patients in the experimental group reduce to a greater extent than conventional group (P 0.05). Conclusion: EECP treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris clinical effect is ideal, in reducing the duration of angina pectoris and reduce patient of nitroglycerin dosage, to promote the development of medical industry has important value, worth considering for wide application in clinic.
