目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管炎性不孕的临床疗效。方法:把纳入病例分为两组,对照组44例,通过宫腔注射及静点抗炎治疗。治疗组46例,在对照组基础上配合中药离子导入治疗、内服中药治疗。结果:对照组治愈17例,好转11例,无效16例,总有效率63.6%;治疗组治愈28例,好转12例,无效6例,总有效率87.0%。经统计学分析治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性输卵管炎性不孕中西医结合治疗疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tubal infertility. Methods: The included cases were divided into two groups, the control group of 44 cases, through the uterine cavity injection and static point anti-inflammatory treatment. Treatment group of 46 cases, on the basis of the control group with Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment, oral administration of Chinese medicine. Results: In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 16 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 63.6%. In the treatment group, 28 cases were cured, 12 cases improved, 6 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 87.0%. The statistical analysis showed that the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic tubal infertility with Integrative Medicine has a significant effect.
