本文综合分析了直纹螺旋面不能用直接共轭原理正确计算铲磨砂轮廓形的原因,根据实际加工情况提出了一种用反共轭试凑来计算铲磨蜗轮滚刀砂轮廓形的方法。文中给出了利用电子计算机的巨大计算能力进行这种计算方法的过程和公式。通过实例计算和现场试磨,证明理论计算方法能正确符合现场实际情况。本文研究的结果,解决了一项国外保密技术;同时也为我国设计新型的精密铲磨机床提供了参考依据。
In this paper, we analyze the reason why the ruled helical surface can not correctly calculate the profile of the scrubbing abrading wheel by the direct conjugate principle. According to the actual machining situation, a method of calculating the sharpening profile of the hobbing wheel is proposed. The paper gives the process and formula of using this computing method to calculate the huge computing power of electronic computer. Through example calculation and on-site trial grinding, it proves that the theoretical calculation method can correctly meet the actual situation in the field. The results of this study, to solve a foreign technology secrets; but also for our country to design a new type of precision shovel machine tool provides a reference.
