测定土壤中的总氟含量多采用蒸馏比色法,这种方法操作繁锁,费工耗时。《环境监测分析方法》一书介绍了离子选择电极测定土壤中总氟的方法,但很多实验室均出现溶融物上升,外爬,导致结果偏低,精密度和准确度较差。离子选择电极在这方面的介绍较多。我们经过多次实验,摸索出一种较为理想的方法。此法简单、快速、容易掌握,提高了原有方法的精密度和准确度。
Determination of the total fluorine content in the soil by distillation colorimetric method, this method cumbersome, time-consuming. The book “Methods of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis” describes the method of ion-selective electrode for determination of total fluorine in soil. However, in many laboratories, the rise and out-climb of the melt appear, resulting in low results and poor precision and accuracy. Ion selective electrode more in this area. After many experiments, we worked out a more ideal method. This method is simple, fast and easy to master, improving the precision and accuracy of the original method.
