求真务实,是辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义一以贯之的科学精神,是我们党的思想路线的核心内容。党的思想路线问题,本质上是一个用什么样的世界观、方法论去认识世界、改造世界的问题。中国共产党自诞生之日起,就以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为立党的哲学基础。根据这样的世界观、方法论,我们党形成了正确的思想路线。我们坚持党的思想路线,就是要一切从实际出发,理论联系实际,实事求是,在实践中检验真理和发展真理,做到求真务实。求真务实始终是我们党的活力所在,是党和人民事业兴旺发达的关键所在。
Being truth-seeking and pragmatic is the consistent scientific spirit of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, which is the core content of our party’s ideological line. The question of the Party’s ideological line is essentially a question of what kind of world outlook and methodology should be used to understand the world and change the world. Since its birth, the Chinese Communist Party has assumed the philosophical foundation of building the party with dialectical materialism and historical materialism. Based on this view of the world and methodology, our party has formed the correct ideological line. In upholding the party’s ideological line, we must proceed from reality, integrate theory with practice, seek truth from facts, and test truth in the course of practice and development of truth so as to be realistic and pragmatic. Pursuing truth and being pragmatic is always the vitality of our party and the key to the thriving development of the cause of the party and the people.
