来自美国房地产市场的各项最新数据表明,持续5年之久的美国房地产牛市已经进入了下调周期。美联储连续17次升息使住房抵押贷款利率大幅上升是导致美国房市降温的主要原因。预计美国经济增长在今年下半年及明年有可能放缓,美联储在2007年有望采用降息手段刺激经济回升。
The latest data from the US real estate market show that the five-year-old U.S. real estate bull market has entered a downward cycle. The Federal Reserve raised interest rates 17 consecutive times so that mortgage interest rates sharp rise is the main reason leading to the US housing market cooling. The U.S. economic growth is expected to slow down in the second half of this year and next, and the Fed is expected to use a rate cut in 2007 to stimulate economic recovery.
