在掘进机生产中焊接是一个重要的加工和制造工艺,合理有效地应用焊接工艺可以确保掘进机的功能与质量,在确保掘进机技术性能的基础上,做到掘进机使用寿命的严查,进而保障掘进机使用过程中连续、高效和安全。本研究以掘进机生产过程中焊接工艺运用为切入点,展开了影响焊接质量的因素分析,提供了掘进机制造中提高焊接工艺运用水平,控制焊接质量的方法与措施,希望对掘进机生产中焊接工艺的准确而全面地应用有所帮助。
In the production of roadheader welding is an important processing and manufacturing process, reasonable and effective application of welding technology can ensure the function and quality of roadheader. On the basis of ensuring the technical performance of roadheader, And then protect the boring machine continuous, efficient and safe use. In this paper, the author used the welding process in the production of roadheader as the starting point, carried out the analysis of the factors that affect the welding quality, provided the methods and measures to improve the level of welding technology and control the welding quality in the construction of roadheader.
