目的了解病理状态下乙酰胆碱能传出性前庭神经元的变化及功能。方法1.制作单侧前庭损伤动物模型。2.动物分组:A组:正常动物;B组:单侧前庭损伤急性期;C组:前庭损伤恢复期;D组:前庭功能完全恢复期。3.取动物脑干脑片,用ABC法检测传出性前庭神经系胆碱乙酰转移酶免疫组化反应。结果前庭功能低下侧传出性前庭神经系统的AchT阳性神经元减少,明显低于对侧,前庭损伤后两侧阳性神经元的灰度都增高,对侧传出性前庭神经元AchT明显增高。AchT阳性细胞数和活性程度增加一直持续到前庭代偿后。结论胆碱能传出性前庭神经系统在前庭代偿过程中起调节性作用。
Objective To investigate the changes and functions of acetylcholine-capable vestibular neurons in pathological conditions. Method 1. Animal models of unilateral vestibular injury were made. 2. Animal grouping: Group A: normal animals; Group B: unilateral unilateral injury of the vestibular injury; Group C: convalescence of the vestibular injury; Group D: complete recovery of vestibular function. 3. Brainstem slices were taken from animals and the expression of choline acetyltransferase was detected by ABC method. Results The AchT positive neurons in the vestibular dysfunction in the vestibular function decreased and were significantly lower than those in the contralateral vestibular. The grayscale of positive neurons on both sides increased after the vestibular injury and AchT was significantly increased in the contralateral vestibular neurons. AchT-positive cells and activity increased until vestibular compensation. Conclusion The cholinergic efferent vestibular nervous system plays a regulatory role in the process of vestibular compensation.
