溶脲脲原体(Ureaplasm a Urealyticum ,U.U.)是泌尿生殖道感染的常见病原体,在U.U.上行性感染的动物模型中,大鼠睾丸出现明显的病理损伤。本文主要探讨U.U.感染(或作用)对小鼠T、B淋巴细胞功能的影响。体外实验,以对数生长期的U.U.、热灭活U.U.和U.U.上清(不含U.U.)感染(或作用)小鼠T淋巴细胞(脾细胞来源),采用MTT法检测T淋巴细胞的增殖活性。体内实验,以上述U.U.感染(或作用)正常BALB/c小鼠,于d5用SRBC免疫各小鼠,免疫后d5测定各小鼠血清抗SRBC抗体凝集效价。结果表明:对数生长期的U.U.及热灭活U.U.和U.U.上清均能明显抑制小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖和B淋巴细胞产生特异性抗体的能力,与对照组相比,有显著差异,P< 0.01或0.05。提示,U.U.感染可直接影响T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的功能。
