本文叙述了攀钢炼钢厂转炉造渣操作的概况,并对吹炼过程中炉渣物理状态的控制提出了改进意见。认为在推广较好操作的同时,逐步实现枪位变,氧硫量变,容易控制因渣中FeO高而造成的喷溅。这种操作方法是减少氧流量后降枪迅速抑制喷溅,能作到早吊枪,使过程枪位稳定,获得来渣早,化渣好,终渣粘的理想炉渣。本文还论述了转炉炼钢脱硫及炉龄等问题。
This article describes the overview of slagging operation in the converter of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Plant and puts forward some suggestions for improving the control of the physical state of slag during the blowing process. That the promotion of better operation at the same time, the gradual realization of the gun bit change, sulfur and oxygen variable, easy to control due to high slag slag caused by splashing. This method of operation is to reduce the flow of oxygen after the rapid inhibition of gun drop, can be as early shotgun, gun process stability, access to slag early, good slag, the final slag sticky ideal slag.
