《中装》:谈谈您在项目初期所作的调研及准备工作。李金广:由于我们所做的这个项目是主营淮扬菜,我们几次到扬州进行考察,既参观了扬州的瘦西湖、何园、个园等有名的园林建筑,还到东关街等老街,体验了扬州的风土人情。还参考了一些有关扬州历史的书籍文献,力求把淮扬府打造成一个高档的、有品位的、区别于其他地方中式的,与淮扬菜匹配的酒店会所。
