目的观察肝脂消合剂对小鼠肝脂肪变性的治疗作用。方法以高脂乳剂塑造小鼠肝高脂的脂肪肝模型,以东宝肝泰片为阳性对照,并观测肝脂消合剂对小鼠的肝组织病理的影响。结果肝脂消合剂能使高脂乳剂所致小鼠脂肪肝肝组织中脂变肝细胞数目明显减少,胞浆内脂滴数目减少或消失,无明显炎细胞坏死或浸润。结论肝脂消合剂具有改善肝脂肪化变性的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ganzhixiao mixture on hepatic steatosis in mice. Methods Fatty liver model of liver hyperlipidemia was established by high-fat emulsion. Dongbaogantai tablets were used as positive control and the effect of Ganzhixiao mixture on liver pathology of mice was observed. RESULTS: Ganzhixiao Mixture could significantly reduce the number of lipogenic liver cells in fatty liver of mouse induced by high-fat emulsion. The number of lipid droplets in the cytoplasm decreased or disappeared, and no inflammatory cell necrosis or infiltration occurred. Conclusion Ganzhixiaoheji has the effect of improving hepatic steatosis.
