将Balb/c小鼠60只随机分为4组,分别为正常组、矽尘组、抑制性寡脱氧核苷酸(Sup ODN)组、对照寡脱氧核苷酸(Con ODN)组。7 d后处死动物,检测血清IFN-、TNF-α水平;瑞氏染色作白细胞分类计数;HE染色观察肺组织的病理改变。结果Sup ODN组与矽尘组、Con ODN组相比,IFN-水平明显降低(P<0.01),Sup ODN可明显减轻肺组织炎症反应,炎性细胞浸润减少。提示Sup ODN对染矽尘小鼠肺部炎症有明显的保护作用。
Sixty Balb / c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, Silicone group, Sup ODN group and Con ODN group. After 7 days, the animals were sacrificed and the serum levels of IFN-|Ã and TNF-|Á were detected; Wright’s stain was used to classify the leukocytes; HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue. Results Sup ODN group compared with silica group and Con ODN group, the IFN- level was significantly lower (P <0.01). Sup ODN could significantly reduce lung inflammation and inflammatory cell infiltration. Tip Sup ODN on silica dust in mice with lung inflammation have a significant protective effect.
