今年8月,作者随中国图书馆界代表团赴莫斯科参加第57届国际图联大会,在开会期间集中参加了教育与培训部的各项活动,现将活动内容介绍如下。

In August this year, the author went to Moscow for participation in the 57th IFLA Congress with a delegation from the Chinese library community. During the meeting, he participated in various activities of the Ministry of Education and Training. The content of the activity is described below.
