近年来球囊肺动脉瓣狭窄成形术已有不少报道。肺动脉瓣的解剖结构是扩张术取得成功的决定因素之一。故精确了解患者肺动脉瓣的解剖特点,对选择最适宜的治疗对象是有帮助的。本文报道31例单纯肺动脉瓣狭窄患者瓣膜的肉眼和显微镜病理解剖资料。资料与方法:本组31例标本是从美国Minnesota大学等医院于1952~1982年间采集的,不伴其他心脏畸形;同时还对照比较了210例正常肺动脉瓣的解剖资料。31例标本根据其病理改变分成以下6个亚组:圆隆状,单瓣,二瓣,三瓣畸形,肺动脉瓣和瓣环发育不良以及肺动脉瓣环发育不全。结果:正常肺动脉瓣之解剖:正常肺动脉瓣有
In recent years, balloon pulmonary valve stenosis has been reported. The anatomy of the pulmonary valve is one of the determinants of the success of dilation. Therefore, an accurate understanding of the patient’s pulmonary valve anatomy, the selection of the most appropriate treatment is helpful. This article reports the macroscopic and microscopic anatomy of the valve in 31 patients with isolated pulmonary valve stenosis. Materials and Methods: A total of 31 specimens were collected from hospitals such as Minnesota University in the United States between 1952 and 1982 without any other cardiac malformations. The anatomic data of 210 patients with normal pulmonary valve were also compared with each other. According to the pathological changes, 31 cases were divided into the following six subgroups: domed, single flap, two flap, three flap deformity, pulmonary valve and valve annulus dysplasia and pulmonary valve annulus hypoplasia.
