湖北老河口市有线电视台五年建设发展成绩不凡,目前已拥有有线电视用户23000多户,每年平均以5000户的发展速度递增,能传输包括四套加密卫星电视在内的十八套声像俱佳的电视节目,各项工作逐步走上了规范化、科学化管理的轨道,为了进一步加强有线电视用户收视费的收缴和管理工作,与该市农行联合开办运用计算机网络代收有线电视用户收视费业务。即,该台的用户收视费由这个市农业银行代收实行微机划拨业务,开办这项业务在襄樊县级市中尚属首家。
