经济对国防建设的影响,越来越引起了人们的关注。正确认识和处理国防建设与经济建设的关系,无疑是一个十分重要的问题。然而,还有一个问题也不容忽视,这就是对经济的防护问题。 经济决定着国防现代化的速度,决定着军队建设的规模和质量,决定着军事思想、军队的组织编制和作战方式的变化。在和平时期,经济建设是国防建设的基础。只有国家经济建设搞上去了,整个国家富强起来了,才能为国防建设创造更为有利的条件。在战时,经济对于战争具有决定胜负的作用。所以,要实现国防现代化,赢得未来战争的胜利,就必须大力发展经济,以强大的经济力量为后盾。
The impact of economy on national defense construction has drawn more and more people’s attention. To correctly understand and handle the relationship between national defense construction and economic construction is undoubtedly a very important issue. However, there is another issue that can not be ignored. This is the issue of economic protection. Economy determines the speed of national defense modernization and determines the size and quality of army building. It determines the changes in military thinking, the organization of military forces and the mode of operation. In peacetime, economic construction is the foundation of national defense construction. Only when the country’s economic construction reaches its top and the entire country is becoming stronger and stronger can we create even more favorable conditions for national defense construction. In times of war, the economy plays a decisive role in the war. Therefore, if we want to realize the modernization of our national defense and win the victory in the future war, we must vigorously develop our economy and use our strong economic strength as our backing.
