1993年1月7～9日,邮电部电信总局和科技司在京联合主持召开了我国七号公共信令网的相关技术体制审定会。参加会议的有邮电部各有关局、司,科研、设计院、所,邮电局等单位,共60多名代表。邮电部于1990年曾组织了以邮电部电信传输研究所为主,规划院、北京设计院、北京和上海电信局参加的软课题组,对我国七号公共信令网的相关技术体制进行研究,经过两年多的调查研究和反复讨论,现已完成了相关技术体制的拟订。在这次审定会上,
