植物世界中最大的一个家族成员,得算茄属中最有“声望”的马铃薯。在栽培面积上仅次于小麦、水稻和玉米,属第4把交椅。当今世界175个独立国家中,就有146个国家栽种马铃薯,年产量达30,000万吨(t)。在联合国粮食组织的一份报告资料中,记述了1989年我国马铃薯的总产量为3,004万吨(t),雄据世界第2位。 有趣的是,当今世上有好多国家都将它作为主粮消费,用它作添加的食品,其中最多的要算法
One of the largest family members in the plant world counts the most “prestigious” potatoes in Solanum. After cultivating the area next to wheat, rice and corn, is the fourth top spot. Of the 175 independent countries in the world today, 146 countries planted potatoes with an annual output of 300 million tons (t). According to a report by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the total output of potato in China in 1989 was 30.04 million tons (t), ranking second in the world. Interestingly, many countries in the world now consume it as staple food, using it as a food supplement, most of which are algorithms
