我们在190柴油机的维修过程中,有下述几点体会: 1.190柴油机的曲轴主轴承(7210圆锥滚子轴承)磨损后,曲轴的轴向、径向间隙容易变大.由于机油泵转子轴是装在曲轴前端的轴向孔内,并由径向横销驱动,当曲轴径向跳动时,会直接造成机油泵轴与壳体中心孔和内、外转子的磨损.因此使用中要注意检查并调整曲轴的轴向游动间隙,使它保持在0.08~0.16毫米范围内.另外装配定时齿轮室盖时,两个圆柱定位销不能漏装,磨损后应及时修复,以保证机油泵转子轴与曲轴的同心. 2.更换曲轴、曲轴主轴承时,曲轴在机体内的前后位置往往会产生变动,因此要重新检查调整调速拨
