目的了解威海市城区蝇类种群构成、密度及季节消长情况,为制定蝇类防制方案提供科学依据。方法在威海市城区的高新技术开发区、环翠区和经济技术开发区各选择1个农贸集市、2处餐饮店外环境、1块绿化带、1个居民区为为监测点,按照GB/T 23797-2009《病媒生物密度监测方法》,于2011年和2012年的3~11月采用捕蝇笼诱捕法捕蝇。结果 2011年和2012年的3~11月,合计捕获蝇类1 090只,平均蝇密度为4.04只/笼。平均蝇密度,2011年3.75只/笼,2012年为4.30只/笼。蝇密度2年均在10月最高,分别为6.33只/笼和19.13只/笼,2011年5月出现小高峰,密度为5.53只/笼。2年平均蝇密度,农贸市场为2.23只/笼,绿化带为6.33只/笼,餐饮店外环境为3.33只/笼,居民为2.93只/笼。捕获的蝇类分属5科11属14种,其中家蝇占43.49%,中华海花蝇占17.71%,厩腐蝇占16.79%,棕尾别麻蝇占9.91%,黑尾黑麻蝇占3.49%,丝光绿蝇占1.74%。结论威海市城区蝇密度高峰在10月,家蝇、中华海花蝇、厩腐蝇为优势蝇种。
Objective To understand the population structure, density and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Weihai City and provide a scientific basis for formulating flies control programs. Methods We selected one farmer’s market, two restaurants outside the environment, a green belt and a residential area as the monitoring points in high-tech development zone, Huancui district and Economic and Technological Development Zone in Weihai city. According to GB / T 23797-2009 “vector bio-density monitoring methods” in 2011 and 2012 from March to November traps catching fly trap. Results From January to November 2011 and 2012, a total of 1 090 flies were caught, with an average fly density of 4.04 / cage. Average flies density, 3.75 in 2011 / cage, 2012 4.30 / cage. The density of flies in October was the highest in two years, 6.33 / cage and 19.13 / cage, respectively. In May 2011, there was a small peak with a density of 5.53 / cage. The average density of flies in two years was 2.23 farms / cage, 6.33 trees / cage in the farmer’s market, 3.33 / cage outside the restaurant, and 2.93 residents / cage. The captured flies belonged to 14 species belonging to 11 genera, 5 families, of which 43.49% were housefly, 17.71% were Chinese seafly, 16.79% were stable flies, 9.91% were Arabidopsis, 3.49% , Mercerized green flies accounted for 1.74%. Conclusion The density of flies in Weihai city was highest in October. Musca domestica, Zhonghuahai flies and stable flies were the dominant species.
