《组织人事报》载文指出,那种认为市场经济可以任其自由,为所欲为,撒手不管的认识,是一种误解。难道无限制的放开就是开放吗?世界上任何一个资本主义国家也不是这样,他们都有一套较强的宏观调控机制。
An article in the “Organization and Personnel Newspaper” pointed out: It is a misunderstanding that the understanding that a market economy should allow itself to do its part and do whatever it wants to do its part is arbitrary. Is unlimited openness open? The same is not true of any capitalist country in the world, and they all have a strong macro-control mechanism.
