1965年至1978年间,我院收治原发性阴道癌22例。其中0期1例,Ⅰ期6例,Ⅱ期5例,Ⅲ期5例,Ⅳ期5例。根据病变情况采取不同放疗方式,部分晚期病例,放疗前后加股动脉插管化疗。结果5年生存,0期1/1,Ⅰ期3/6,Ⅱ期2/5,Ⅲ期4/5,Ⅳ期2/5,总的5年生存率为12/22(54.5％)。对治疗失败的原因进行了分析讨论。对于晚期病例,积极进行以外照射为主的充分放疗加上化疗,仍可达到长期生存的良好效果。进行放疗的同时要预防放射损伤。
Between 1965 and 1978, 22 cases of primary vaginal cancer were treated in our hospital. There were 1 case in stage 0, 6 cases in stage I, 5 cases in stage II, 5 cases in stage III and 5 cases in stage IV. According to the lesion to take different modes of radiotherapy, some advanced cases, before and after radiotherapy plus femoral artery catheterization chemotherapy. Results The 5-year survival rate was 12/22 (54.5%). The overall 5-year survival rate was 1/1 in stage 0, 3/6 in stage I, 2/5 in stage II, 4/5 in stage III and 2/5 in stage IV. The reasons for the failure of treatment were analyzed and discussed. For advanced cases, active radiotherapy-based full radiotherapy plus chemotherapy, can still achieve long-term survival of the good results. Radiation therapy while preventing radiation damage.
