在工程造价管理中,精细化管理是一种采用阶段式的管理来对资源进行优化配置,以此达到控制工程全寿命造价的管理手段。而BIM系统的应用能够为项目的精细化管理提供一个明确的管理目标,进一步实现了精细化管理的信息共享化,极大提高了企业的精细化管理水平。本文便对精细化管理的概念进行阐述,进一步明确了BIM系统核心技术在工程造价中的应用,并通过精细化管理理念对工程造价中BIM系统的相关应用策略进行了深入的分析。
In the project cost management, the fine management is a kind of management which adopts the stage management to optimize the allocation of resources, so as to achieve the control of the project life-cycle cost management tools. The application of BIM system can provide a clear management goal for the refinement management of the project, further realize the information sharing of the elaboration management and greatly improve the meticulous management level of the enterprise. This article elaborates the concept of fine management, further clarifies the application of BIM system core technology in project cost, and analyzes the related application strategy of BIM system through project management.
