工人技术等级教材是搞好等级培训和考核的重要基础工作。岗位技能培训的核心就是按需施教,要达到这一要求,就必须要有针对性强、实用性好、理论联系实际的工人技术培训教材。目前培训教材远远不能满足培训的要求,主要问题是:1.教材门类不齐,部分工种无教材。2.有些工种采用学历教育教材。3.已编教材未能摆脱学历教育的模式,强调理论性、系统性,大多缺乏操作技能内容,教材不分层次,难以适应等级培训的需要。因此,如何结合新技术等级标准,认真研究教材编写内容、结构及形式,探索适合各等级技能培训要求的培训模式,是当前职工教育的重要课题。
The technical grade teaching materials of workers are an important basic job of doing a good job of class training and examination. Job skills training is the core of teaching on-demand, to achieve this requirement, we must have targeted, practical, theoretical and practical workers training materials. At present, the training materials are far from meeting the training requirements. The main problems are as follows: 1. The compiled textbooks failed to get rid of academic education model, emphasizing the theoretical, systematic, most of the lack of operating skills content, teaching materials without hierarchy, difficult to adapt to the needs of level training. Therefore, it is an important issue of employee education that how to carefully study the content, structure and form of teaching materials, and explore the training mode that suits the training requirements of all levels of skills in accordance with the new technical level standards.
