人力资源是经济和社会发展的重要资源,将人力资源转换成人力资本可以充分发挥我国人力资源的优势。本文通过分析,对我国人力资本引入的必要性进行了阐述,并在其基础上提出了实现人力资本出资的设想。
Human resources are important resources for economic and social development. Transforming human resources into human capital can give full play to the advantages of human resources in our country. This paper analyzes the necessity of introducing human capital in our country, and on this basis, proposes the idea of realizing the capital contribution of human capital.
